I want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase of jewelry you buy from TC Jewelry. I am an independent artist designing and creating all of my own pieces. I also package and ship everything personally. I have very high standards and want my customers to love their jewelry as much as I do. All of the jewelry I make is very special and unique and whether bought for yourself or given as a gift, I want the recipient to be excited about the jewelry and confident and comfortable when wearing it.

I provide descriptions and clear pictures of each piece of jewelry but if you have any questions contact me anytime before purchasing it. Email is the easiest way to get in touch with me and I will respond to you promptly. You can also call me at 778.995.3451.

Full Refund

If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will accept returns within 3 days of receipt of the item. It must be in the original, unused condition in which it was sent includng the original packaging. I will give you a full refund less shipping costs or a credit to purchase a different piece of jewelry that may better suit your tastes. As shipping was free, I will not refund the average amounts for shipping costs ($15 in U.S. or $30 International).

How to Return

Please notify me by email of any problem with your order or of any intention to return an item. I will ask you to return the item to me using a reliable carrier that offers tracking and insurance.

Jewelry Care

As with all jewelry, proper care should be taken to maintain your piece in a good condition. You should always put your jewelry on after using any cosmetics or perfume. And try to remember to take it off before washing your hands, using household chemicals, or going in the pool or ocean. However, even with proper care, slight natural defects can occur in gemstones over time causing chipping or breaking and threads can slowly deteriorate causing fraying and stretching. And of course accidents can happen causing your jewelry to break (especially those of you with little children)!

I want you to be able to wear your jewelry for a long time, so if something does happen to your piece of TC Jewelry, please contact me. The nature of the problem will determine the repair fees. I can generally give you an estimate once you have emailed me with a description of the problem and/or a photo.

Your jewelry is meant to be worn and body oils even help to keep the metals from tarnishing. So please enjoy your jewelry and wear it often!
